The villa has a large covered patio (75 sq.m. and well lit around 3 sides with its barbecue and table and chairs and a swinging double couch as well. It also has sun beds. A small shrub garden area surrounds two sides of the villa.
A half-sized Olympic pool is shared between other occupants of the complex. There is a child's paddling pool attached to the larger pool. The pool is suitable for all ages.

With views towards the National Park mountains. 18km long Love Beach is 10 mins walk away. Supermarket nearby and daily market. Close to beach club Mersin with tennis courts.

Kusadasi meaning “Bird island”
is situated in the Aegean region of Turkey, it is a harbour town, with a marina which has a capacity for up to 600 boats.
It is surrounded by beautiful turquoise sea-water and sandy beaches.

Kusadasi receives about 300 days of sunshine during the year
on average; providing an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday. Windsurfing, water skiing, sailing and beach volleyball are only a few choices for the lovers of active life. There is a great selection of water facilities as well as numerous powdery, sandy beaches with warm clear waters where you can sunbath restfully during the day.

As the sun sets,

4. Ladies Beach (Kadinlar Denizi): Popular favorite beach hang out. Minibuses depart from the city Centrum every 5 minutes.

5. Kustur Beach: Located on the 6th km of Selcuk Rd. Offers a variety of activities like, water skiing, parasailing, and surfing. Can be reached by Sehirici minibus from the city center (Centrum)

6. Tusan Beach: Located on the 7th km of Selcuk Rd, near Kustur Beach. Offers unlimited fun with choice of beach and water activities.

7. Long Beach: Sandy beaches and crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, water sport and resting. Just 6 km south of Kuºadasi-between Batihan Hotel and Nazili Sitesi. Can be reach by Sahil Siteleri minibuses.

8. Gold Beach: Golden sandy beach, located between Emekli Sandigi camp and Emektur Area.

9. Silver Sand Beach: Excellent clear waters wait to be explored, offering many water activities. Located around Ozlem Sitesi and SSK Sitesi.

10. Paradise Beach: Blue waters offering a perfect environment, situated between Ay Kuster and Sokeliler site.

11. Love Beach: Located near Genclik Camp, provides visitors with a perfect opportunity for water activities and swimming in relaxing conditions.

12. Guzelcami Town Beaches: Quiet beaches offering a restful experience. National Park minibuses pass through beach area every 30 minutes.

13. National Park Beaches: Aydinlik, Icmeler, Kavakli, and Karasu bays are the principles of the numerous secluded bays and coves. Clear waters provide an opportunity to dive. 1- History of Kusadasi
The early settlements in Kusadasi is by the Lelegians and Carians who moved from the central Anatolia around the year of 3000BC.

2- Caravanserai
This semi-circular structure, known also as the Small Theatre. According to an inscription unearthed, it was built as a bouleuterion (council chamber) around 150 A.D. by Publius Vedius Antonius and his wife FlaviaPapiana.

3- Pigeon Island
In the Augustan era, the spread of Imperial-Roman cults was by then a fact in many provinces of Asia Minor. The cult of the Emperor was alive in Nicomedia and in Pergamum, together with that of the Goddess Rome.

4- Ephesus
The prytaneion was constructed in the 3rd century B.C. and attained its final shape during the reign of Emperor Augustus. After it was destroyed for various reasons, its columns and some of its other architectural elements were used in the construction of the Scholastika Baths.EPHESUS is the most renowned of the ancient towns in Turkey. It is considered as one of the most important centers not only in Western Anatolian civilization but also in the history of world civilization. In the time of the romans, Ephesus took the title "the first and greatest metropolis of Asia". The Ephesus city is also famed for building the largest outdoor theatre of its time.


5- Temple of Artemis
From the opposite part of the Temple of Hadrian the interesting complex of the so-called "Houses on the slope" faces out onto Curetes Street. These houses were inhibated by the most qualified and wealthy social class and for this reason they are also known as "houses of the rich" or "palaces on the slopes" .

6- The House of Virgin Mary
This is located to the east of Domitian Square, next to the western side of the Agora. With its wide and high arch which supports the triangular pediment and its small pool, it is quite an appealing structure.

7- The Cave of the Seven Sleepers
Ephesus was granted the temple wardenship for the first time by Emperor Domitian (81-96). The temple dedicated to him was built on a terrace measuring 50 by 100 meters on the south side of Domitian Square.

8- Priene
The gate is located at the beginning of Curetes Street. It is a two-storeyed edifice. In the lower storey there is a wide arched passageway, and in the upper storey there are six columns in a row.

9- Miletos
In mythology, the Curetes were known as semi-deities. Later "Curetes" referred to a class of priests in Ephesus. Mary inscriptions about the Curetes were discovered in different locations in Ephesus, especially at the Prytaneion.

10- Didyma
Along the Curetes Street, in a wonderful succession of ancient ruins, sculpted pillars decorated with sculptural figurations, we can see reconstruction on a reduced scale of one of the most remarkable Ephesian monuments.

11- Hierapolis
This is the one of the most attractive edifices on the Curetes Street, and it must have been built at the latest by the year 138. The temple is consist of a monumental pronaos and a small, bare cella.

12- Aphrodisias
The latrina built in the first century A.D. are the public toilets of Ephesus. The toilets were ranged side by side with no partition between them. In the middle was a square pool. The floor was paved with mosaics.

PamukkaleAn unusual natural and historical site with the sparkling white castle -like cascades, Pamukkale is one of the most important highlights of Turkey, unique in the world. Davutlar

Guzelcamli
Guzelcamli is a green and peaceful shore town located in 25 km south of Kusadasi. The town borders with Dilek Peninsula National Park. Guzelcamli means “beautiful pine trees” in Turkish and the town is indeed surrounded by numerous pine trees.

Sirince
From the town of Selcuk, a winding road takes you further up the mountains through green countryside to this corner of paradise. Perched High in the hills surrounded by vineyards, peach orchards and olive groves, Sirince is one of the most picturesque villages on the Aegean coast.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
For special long rent discounts ask owner. A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure.
Special late offer - if booked for 2 weeks in July it will cost £400 for the 2 weeks. That is £250 off.
November to April 2 weeks for £300.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: has a king sized bed and built-in suite and a 6 metre balcony. With pool views.
Bedroom 2: large bunkbeds and a balcony with mountain views.
Bedroom 3: a double bed with wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: double bed and balcony with mountain view.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, 1 on each floor. Each has shower, toilet and sink. There is electric water heating for all bathrooms and the showers are very powerful.
Kitchen: A lovely kitchen brand new with gas hob and electric oven with grill. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and water cooler.
Utility Room: Understairs storage.
Living Rooms: Television, DVD player and satellite with Freeview, you can get Sky News and other stations, there is a double sofabed as well.
Other: All rooms have brand new beds and fitted furniture with air conditioning in every room.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. The letting agent will arange cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning in every room can heat the villa as well. The villa is suitable for children.

It also has sunbeds. A small shrubbed garden area surrounds 2 sides of the villa. A half sized Olympic pool is shared between other occupants of the complex.
There is a child's paddling pool attached to the larger pool. The pool is suitable for all ages and is regularly cleaned.
We have provided sunloungers for your use and just request that you store them at the villa each night after use.

Coast/Beach

A 8 mins walk to Love Beach which is 18km long which has a small harbour and bars and restaurants.
Love Beach with its beautiful golden sands, offers watersports and clear blue sea.
A short walk will take you to nearby bars and restaurants. A supermarket and other shops for your needs.
Hotel Club Mersin offers entertainment which welcomes tourists all year.

Summerdream Villa is beside the Dolmus shuttle bus service that will take you to nearby attractions, beaches, towns and Kudasi town centre.

Travel
It is about 1 hour away from the main Izmir Airport. If you want to travel a lot you can rent a car or use the local bus service which is very cheap.

Kudasi is 12km away, there are 2 small towns nearby: 1 is about 5km (Dautlar) and the other is 2km away.

Further details

Currency is the New Turkish Lira and costs are very low. You will find that a family of four can eat a quality meal for around £10 and a pint of Turkish beer will cost a fraction of UK prices. Taxis are plentiful and journeys are cheap.
The area is adunbant with history and you will see many beautiful mosques and be amazed at the nearby glorious ancient city of Ephesus and other intersting sights.
Kusadasi is opposite the greek isle of Samos and offers daily boat trips. Karting, rafting, watersports and many other activities can also be found.
The town is not far from Adnan Menderes Airport, IZMIR (only 80 kilometres) and transfer takes only around 45 mins.

car hire is available at the airport and in Kusadasi when you arrive.
